DSCAM/2/1/5/2: Bargain and sale and enfeoffment (31 Dec. 1799) by Edward Hancox of Dudley, banker, to Isaac Badger of a small plot of land (331sq. yds), adjoining the messuage conveyed in #1, in trust for John Downton as specified; consideration of £11 0s 8d; livery of seisin endorsed.
DSCAM/2/1/5/3: Mortgage (11 Sept. 1800) by demise of 1000 years by Downton and Badger to Joseph Holland of the parish of Tipton, Staffs., collier., of the messuage etc., now described as at Snowhill, Dudley, to secure £70 and interest.
DSCAM/2/1/5/4-5: Bond (3 Nov. 1803) from Downton to Richard Haynes of the parish of Rowley Regis, Staffs., coalminer, to secure the payment of £43 and interest, and charge of the £43 upon the Snow Hill premises; with notice of the cahrge to Holland as prior mortgagee.
DSCAM/2/1/5/6: Lease for possession [release wanting] (4 June 1804) of the premises in #1 and #2 by Downton to Haines.
DSCAM/2/1/5/7-8: Mortgage (18 June 1804) by demise of 1000 years by Richard Haines of Tividale, parish of Rowley Regis, Staffs., miner and Job Fisher of Dudley, victualler (his trustee), to Joseph Holland of the parish of Sedgley, Staffs., miner, of the premises in #1 and #2, to secure £100 and interest. And bond from Haines to Holland as collateral security for the £100.
