DescriptionLease and release by Edward Jessop of Dudley, Worcs., cooper (surviving devisee in trust and executor of Edward Finch of Dudley, victualler, deceased), with the consent and at the direction of Joseph Bourn of Dudley, victualler, and Thomas Jones of Dudley, grocer and Maria his wife (nee Bourn, only child of Joseph Bourn by Mary his late wife, and heir-at-law of Mary Finch, widow, John Finch and Nancy Finch, deceased), to Edward Dixon, banker and James Bourne, gentleman, both of Dudley, of a messuage in New Street, Dudley (acquired by Edward Finch in 1763), to the use of Thomas Jones for life, then to Maria for life, thence to their issue in equal shares as tenants in common, and in default of issue, to such uses as Maria shall appoint, and otherwise to Thomas and his heirs and assigns ; recites will of Edward Finch etc. (under which the property would have been sold).
