Mortgage (4 Aug. 1826) by appointment and demise of 1000 years, by Shakespeare, to William Hancox of Mushroom Green, parishof Dudley, miner, Benjamin Hancox of the same, tracemaker and Herbert Hancox of the same, tracemaker (executors of William Hancox of the same, miner, deceased), of the above land and the 5 messuages in couse of erection upon it, to secure £276 13s 4d; promissory note attached.
Bargain and sale and enfeoffment (16 June 1830), by the Revd Luke Booker, Doctor of Laws, Vicar of Dudley and Abiathar Hawkes, late of Dudley but now of Kingswinford, Staffs., Esq. (trustees of a building society), to Thomas Willcox of Netherton, butty collier and Edward Hollies of Dudley, baker (his trustee to uses), of 250sq. yds of land at Primrose Hill (as specified), and the messuage erected upon it (one of 40 erected by the society), to the use of Willcox, with power of appointment, as specified; covenant for the production of title deeds by James Bourne the younger of Tansley Hill, parish of Dudley, gentleman; plan endorsed; livery of seisin endorsed.
Lease for possession (1 Feb. 1832) by Alexander Cochrane of Blowers Green, parish of Dudley, gentleman (surviving trustee of a building society at Primrose Hill), to Joseph Green Bourne o fDudley, gentleman, of 2 plots of land at Primrose Hill, and the messuage erected on each.
