And defeasance (17 Aug. 1715) by Carpenter to Martha Wilmott, to assign the residue of his 1000 mortgage term in these premises to her upon receipt of the £130, of which £40 is paid and the balance (with interest) shall be paid on 17 Feb. 1715/6. |
