DescriptionDSCAM/2/1/15/14: Release (2 Feb. 1852) by Francis Shaw of 92 Bishops Gate Street, Middlesex, draper and Elizabeth his wife, John Henry Berrenger of 3 Sion College Gardens, London Wall, Middlesex, button mould manufacturer and Mary his wife, and Ann Stinson of Ravensitch, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., spinster (legal representatives of the last surviving trustee of the Hollis-Perks marriage settlement), to Samuel Hollis Perks of Wolverhampton, Staffs., edge tool maker and Thomas William Shaw of the same, merchant and Ann Hollis his wife (the two children of Ann Hollis and John Perks), of the legal estate in the Mamble Square etc. property, to Perks and Mrs Shaw as tenants in common; recites previous deeds and wills, inc. marriage settlement of Ann Hollis and John Perks; attached certificate of acknowledgment by a married woman.
DSCAM/2/1/15/15: Conveyance (24 Nov. 1852) by John Perks of Wolverhampton, ironmaster, Mr and Mrs Shaw and S.H. Perks (as individual beneficiary and separately as heir-at-law of his mother), to George Robinson of Wolverhampton, gentleman, to the use of the said John Perks upon trust to complete agreed sale of parts to Thomas Kendrick and Danierl Woodall and for sale of the remainder; being a deed to vest the property, in which J. Perks has a one third interest and a one sixth interest, and S.H. Perks and the Shaws share another similar interest, in Perks to facilitate its sale; schedule describing property - lots 1 and 7 to Kendrick being a messuage in Mamble Square and a mathouse etc. in Oakey Well Street; lot 6 (Woodall), is a messuage on the corner of Oakey Well Street and Mamble Square; unsold lots are a messuage, a shop etc. and 423.5sq. yds of land etc.. Plan on 2nd membrane showing division into lots for sale; attached certificate of acknowledgment by a married woman.

DSCAM/2/1/15/33: Conveyance (28 Dec. 1853) by John Perks to Thomas Kendrick of Dudley, Worcs., druggist and William Coldicott of Dudley, gentleman (his trustee to uses) of 847sq. yds of land fronting Oakey Well Street and adjoining the malthouse previously sold by Perks to Kendrick, 7 messuages standing on part of this land (which is part of 1563sq. yds conveyed by #11 above), 520sq. yds of land and 3 messuages and shops erected thereupon (the balance of the land conveyed by #11, and adjoining the previously described properties), and 'The Loving Lamb' public house and two other adjacent messuages, all on the other side of Oakey Well Street from the previous properties (this being the property conveyed by #12 above) [all parts of the unsold premises in #15 above], to the use of Kendrick, with power of appointment, as specified; consideration of £1525; plan endorsed.
DSCAM/2/1/15/34: Mortgage by appointment and grant (29 Dec. 1853) by Kendrick to Henry Coldicott of Dudley, gentleman, of premises as in #33 and also the malthouse and appurtenances in Oakey Well Street and 2 messuages in Mamble Square, to secure £1200 and interest.
DSCAM/2/1/15/35-36: Lease (1 July 1856) from Kendrick, pawnbroker and druggist to Benjamin Johnson of Dudley, glass blower, of 304sq. yds of land and premises in Oakey Well Street, opposite the 'Loving Lamb', for a term of 20 years from 25 Mar. 1856, at a rent of £15 p.a.; plan attached. Memorandum of cancellation by mutual consent, 14 Jan. 1859.
Counterpart lease (15 Jan. 1859) by Kendrick to Edward and Joseph Johnson of Dudley, ironfounders and copartners, of 744sq. yds of land and foundry premises in Oakey Well Street, opposite the 'Loving Lamb', for a term of 21 years from 29 Sept. 1858, at a rent of £44 p.a.; plan attached.
DSCAM/2/1/15/37-40: Reconveyance (16 July 1863) by Henry Coldicott to Thomas Kendrick, druggist, of premises as in #34 upon the repayment of the balance of that mortgage; consideration of £1000.

Mortgage (17 July 1863) by Kendrick to Henry Hodgetts of East Wall near Much Wenlock, Salop, farmer and Edward Grainger of Dudley, draper of the malthouse etc., the 847sq. yds of land and 7 messuages, the foundry etc. erected upon part of the foregoing, the 520sq. yds and 3 messuages, and the 'Loving Lamb' and 2 other messuages, to secure £1000 and interest. Further charges for £250 (13 Feb. 1865) and £450 (17 July 1865).
DSCAM/2/1/15/41-42: Transfer of mortgage (28 Dec. 1877) by Kendrick, pawnbroker and Hodgetts, now of Berrieu, Montgomeryshire, farmer and Edward Grainger now of Leamington, Warwickshire, gentleman, to Charles Cox of Oakham, parish of Rowley Regis, Staffs., cattle dealer; consideration of £1400, the balance owin to Hodgetts and Grainger. House remises are now numbered 6-12, 14-16, and 76-78 Oakeywell Street.
Endorsed release to Cox of the equity of redemption in the premises (28 July 1888) by Maria Letitia Kendrick of Stafford Street, Walsall, Staffs., widow; consideration of the £1400 and the £73 15/- owing in interest.

And agreement of 28 Dec. 1877 charging a public house and 8 other messuages at Brockmoor, mortgaged to Cox for £600, and a messuage and shop etc. in High Streer, Dudley, mortgaged to Cox for £350, with the £1400.
