DSCAM/2/1/12/6: Demise/lease (17 June 17 James I = 1619) by Rychharde Finche of Duddeley, Worcs., chapman, to Henrie Finche of the same, chapman, of a messuage etc. in Duddeley, between the property of the late John Pershowse, that of William Byrche and Hale Lane and the Viccaredge Lane, for a term of 1000 years; consideration of £15.
DSCAM/2/1/12/7-8: Pre-nuptial settlement of Thomas Robinson alias Mason the younger of Duddeley and Mary Bennett (daughter of Edmond Bennett of Kingswinford, Staffs., yeoman) (25 Sept. 20 James I = 1622); by Thomas Robinson alias Mason the elder of Duddeley, Worcs., butcher upon Robinson the younger (his eldest son and heir); conveyance of the messuage etc. as in #5, to Thomas the younger and Mary and the heirs of their body, with remainder in default of issue, to the right heirs of Thomas the elder; consideration of £13 6s 8d to be paid by Edmond to Robinson the younger as a marriage portion.

And deed poll gift (same date) by Robinson the elder to Robinson the younger, of all his goods and chattels (reserving one feather bed, related furniture and one chamber in the above messuage); consideration of an annuity of 20/- payable by Robinson the younger to Robinson the elder, increased to 30/- p.a. should the elder Robinson decide to move out.

Humphry and Mary and Anne may or might have held or enjoyed the same...'; consideration of £20.

DSCAM/2/1/12/14-15: Lease and release (21-22 Sept. 1705) by Thomas Dudley, and Richard Atwood and Elianor his wife and Edward Atwood his son and heir, to Elizabeth Hodgetts of Coleshill, Warwickshire, spinster, being a transfer of the above mortgage, with further borrowing, to secure £50 and interest; consideration of £32 5/- to Dudley and £17 15/- to the Atwoods. And bond (22 Sept.) from Atwood and son to Miss Hodgetts to perform covenants [for repayment] in indenture of even date.
DSCAM/2/1/12/16-17: Lease and release (11-12 June 1708) by Hodgetts and Richard Attwood and Elianor his wife, to George Bradley of Dudley, ironmonger, being a transfer of the above mortgage, with further borrowing, to secure £80 and interest; consideration of £56 10/- to Hodgetts and £23 10/- to the Attwoods. And bond (12 June) from Attwood to Bradley to perform covenants in indenture of even date.
DSCAM/2/1/12/18-19: Enfeoffment (16 Dec. 1709) by Richard Attwood and Elianor his wife, to Edward Attwood, butcher, their son and Samuel Nightingale of Dudley, mercer, of their messuage in Dudley, subject to the mortgage to Bradley; Richard to enjoy the use of the Little Parlour in the house for a term of 5 years, Edward providing him with clothing, washing, lodging, meat and drink, and Richard assisting Edward as a butcher; Edward to discharge Richard's debts up to a total of £20 within 6 months; livery of seisin endorsed (19 Dec.).

And quit claim (17 Dec.) by Nightingale to Edward Attwood of Richard Attwood's messuage in Dudley, which is demised by an indenture [wanting] to Nathaniel Addy of Dudley, baker, for a term of 1000 years.
DSCAM/2/1/12/20-21: Lease and release (28-29 Sept. 1711) by Bradley, and Richard Attwood and Elianor his wife, and Edward their son and Elizabeth his wife, to Josias Bate of Dudley, coalmaster, being a transfer of the above mortgage, with further borrowing, to secure £130 and interest; consideration of £98 to Bradley and £32 to the Attwoods.

Bond (same date) from Attwood to Bate as collateral security for the £20.
