Description | DSCAM/2/1/10/1-2: Bargain and sale and enfeoffment (24 June 1672) by John Dunn of Dudley, Worcs., nailer and Thomas Dunn of the same, nailer (his brother), to George Clement of Dudley, carpenter and Hannah his wife, of a messuage in High Street and a half acre of land near the lower church of St Edmonds in Dudley (all abuttals given), to the Clements and the heirs of their body, with remainder to the right heirs of George in default of issue; consideration of £44 10/-; livery of seisin endorsed. Bond of even date to perform covenants. |
