DSCAM/1/3/5/79-81: Surrender and assignment (9 Nov. 1850) by William Haines of Kington alias Kineton, Worcs., farmer, to Joseph Green Bourne of Dudley, Worcs., gentleman, of tenancy and stock (specified on annexed schedule); consideration of £60 rent due, £69 13/- to discharge the levy, £10 to cover costs, and £40 to be provided by Bourne to pay other debts of Haines' etc.; recites that Haines is a yearly tenant, rent for two half years due at Michaelmas pas, proceedings of Henry Baker of Pershore against Haines and the execution he has obtained, etc.
