Description | Settlement by revocable appointment by Joseph Green Bourne of Dudley, Worcs., and of Heathland, parish of Kinver, Staffs., gentleman, under the terms of his marriage settlement, having survived his wife, to James Samuel Bourne of Dudley, gentleman is the eldest of their 7 surviving children, of a capital messuage and appurtenances near St Edmund's Church, Dudley, in Birmingham Street (formerly the site of 5, previoulsy 6 messuages), and two parcels of land thereabouts, to J.S. Bourne for life, thence to his issue in such manner as he shall appoint, and in default, to Ellen Ada Bourne, James Kenyon Bourne, Joseph Bennitt Eddis Bourne and Grace Edith Annie Bourne and all future children, as tenants in common, and in remainder, for want of survivin issue or remoter descendants, to the Revd Joseph Green Bourne, Clerk, Rector of Broome, Worcs., younger son of the settlor, and his issue, with ultimate remainder to J.S.
