Probate (22 July 1848) of the will (dated 7 Feb. 1843); bequest of various ornaments etc. to nephew, Joseph Green Bourne; £10 to Hartil Dudley of Dudley, nailfactor, for his troubles; £40 to brother-in-law, John Rann; £5 to Ann Maria Fullard, in Rann's service; £200 to be invested for niece, Sarah Monk, for life, then to be paid to nieces Elizabeth and Ann Bourne, daughters of late brother Joseph, as tenants in common; £100 each to Elizabeth and Ann; £400 to be invested in trust for Elizabeth and Ann for life, then to fall into residue; £200 to nephew Herbert Bourne (son of late brother Herbert); £100 to be invested in trust for nephew Herbert Dudley Bourne (son of late brother James) for life; £400 in trust for Mary Green Bourne and Elizabeth Bourne (daughters of James) for life; then the capital of £500 to the children of nephew Joseph Green Bourne (except Elizabeth Ann Bourne), equally as tenants in common; residue to nephew William Nicklin Bourne (eldest son of late brother Joseph), Joseph Green Bourne (eldest son of late brother James) and Elizabeth Anne Bourne (2nd daughter of Joseph Green Bourne; and testatrix's god-daughter and grand niece) as tenants in common; executors J.G. Bourne and H. Dudley.
