Assignment (15 Dec. 1815) of the premises by Green of Spring Field, parish of Dudley, gentleman, to the Revd Henry Antrobus Cartwright, Fellow of Trinity College, Oxford and Vicar of Sedgley and Cornelius Cartwright of Dudley, surgeon, upon trust for Green for life, thence to be sold to James Bourne of Dudley, gentlema or Elizabeth his wife (sister of Green) at valuation, and if the Bournes decline to purchase, in trust for William Green of Liverpool, Lancashire, landing waiter (brother of Joseph; one quarter), Elizabeth, wife of Joseph Bourne (one quarter), Ann, wife of John Davies of Dudley, nail ironmonger (daughter of Mary Richards, deceased, who was another sister of Joseph), and John Green of Hales Owen, Salop, mail ironmonger and Elizabeth Green, Frances Green, Maria Green and Ann Green of the same place, spinsters (children of John Green, deceased, brother of Joseph; one quarter), as tenants in common; sale proceeds to be applied in a similar fashion.
Appointment and assignment (14 Feb. 1818) by Joseph Green of Springfields near Dudley, and Henry Antrobus Cartwright and Cornelius Cartwright, to William Green of Liverpool, gentleman and Benjmamin Woolley of Dudley, nail ironmonger, of the premises, in trust for Joseph Green for life, thence to James Bourne absolutely; consideration of an annuity of £100 secured by Bourne to Joseph Green; Green revokes trust provision in the 1815,
