DSCAM/1/3/2/37-38: Appointment and conveyance (14 Aug. 1811) by Joseph Aston of Womborne, Staffs., innholder and maltster (as to two forths), and William Seager of Brierly Hill, parish of Kingswinford, Staffs., ironfounder and Sarah his wife (as to one fourth), to Joseph Green Bourne of Dudley, gentleman and Thomas Badger of the same, nail ironmonger (his trustee to uses), of 2 plots (325sq. yds) of land at Porters Field, near Birmingham Street, Dudley, to the use of Bourne, with power of appointment, as specified ; covenant by John Bunn the elder of Stourbridge, Worcs., victualler that his son will execute a conveyance of his one fourth share of the premises on coming of age; covenant of William Turner of Dudley, miner for the production of title deeds; consideration of £44 13s 9d (including £6 4/- to John Bunn the son, from whose share £4 19/- has been deducted to pay off his share of a mortgage); recites previous deeds. And assignment (same day) by the Revd Robert Robertson of Halesowen, Salop, Clerk, Daniel Round of Tipton, Staffs., nail ironmonger and Richard Powell of Dudley, plumber, by Thomas Wainwright of Dudley, surgeon and Henry Jesson of Wolverhampton, Staffs., surgeon (executors of Joseph Wainwright of Dudley, surgeon, deceased, who was only surviving son and executor of Thomas Wainwright of Dudley, surgeon, deceased), the said Robert Robertson and Daniel Round (as trustees of the Dudley Tipton Annuity Society), at the direction of Joseph Aston and Esther his wife, William Seager and Sarah his wife and John Bunn (vendors), as of William Kennedy, whitesmith, William Turner, Joseph Green Bourne, William Henley, miner and Thomas Hinton, brickmaker, all of Dudley (purchasers), to James Bourne of Dudley, gentleman, of various messuages (some newly erected), nail shops and lands in Birmingham Street and Porter's Field, Dudley [including the Hare and Hounds public house], for the residue of the several terms of 1000, 1000 and 500 years, in trust for the various purchasers in respect of those portions of the premises they have acquired, and otherwise upon trust to attend their respective freeholds; consideration of £105 to Wainwright and Jesson and £416 to Robertson and Round, by the vendors in redemption of the mortgages; recites previous deeds.
DSCAM/1/3/2/39-41: Financial calculations regarding the division of the putchase monies etc.; and two letters from Joseph Green Bourne in London to his father in Dudley re the conveyances, barring dower, avoiding Fines etc., 25 Mar.-1 Apr. 1811.
DSCAM/1/3/2/42-44: Conveyance (8 Sept. 1817) of the fourth share of the premises by John Bunn the elder and John Bunn the younger of Walsall, Staffs., brazier and tinman (eldest son and heir of Maria, late wife of Bunn the elder, nee Aston) to Joseph Green Bourne and Thomas Badger (his trustee to uses), pursuant to the covenant in #37 above; covenant to levy a Fine. Two parts of a Final Concord (Hilary term 58 George III = 1818) between James Bourne the younger (Plaintiff) and John Bunn the younger (Deforciant).

DSCAM/1/3/2/46: Draft conveyance (20 Jan. 1820) by appointment by Joseph Green Bourne to Jeffery Finch of Dudley, wood screw manufacturer and Richard Finch of the same, wood screw manufacturer (his trustee to uses), of part of he land at Birmingham Streer/Porter's Field (187sq. yds), as specified, to the use of J. Finch, with power of appointment, as specified.
DSCAM/1/3/2/47: Counterpart release [lease wnating] (4 June 1839) by Joseph Green Bourne and Herbert Dudley Bourne of Dudley, ironmaster (trustees under the will of James Bourne), to Ernest Frederic Whitehouse of the same, schoolmaster and Thomas Danks of the same, printer (his trustee to uses), of 546sq. yds of land in Porters Field, to the use of Whitehouse, with power of appointment, as specified; covenants regarding use of road; consideration of £177 9/-.
DSCAM/1/3/2/48: Duplicate conveyance (21 Apr. 1842) by Bourne and Bourne to Frederick Deeley of Dudley, ironfounder, of 443sq. yds of land at Porters Field (as specified); covenants regarding adjacent private road; declaration barring dower; consideration of £154 10/-; plan endorsed.
DSCAM/1/3/2/49: Duplicate conveyance (17 July 1846) by Bourne and Bourne to Benjamin Ruston of Dudley, bricklayer and Thomas Ruston of the same, bricklayer (his trustee to uses), of 528sq. yds of land at Porters Field (as specified) and the messuages being erected upon it, to the use of Benjamin, with power of appointment, as specified; covenants regarding roadways; declaration barring dower; consideration of £316 16/-; plan endorsed.
