#1 and #2 convey to #3 twelve messuages or dwelling houses in Tetnal Street, Dudley, with brewhouses, pigsties, gardens, yard land, and appurtenances; and also the Manufactory with warehouses, shopping, offices, land and premises belonging to it, situated at Fountain Street, Dudley; also land at Cooks Tetnall, having frontage towards Constitution Hill and Tetnall Street; five messuages and outbuildings erected on some part thereof, known as numbers 53, 54 and 55 Constitution Hill, and numbers 17 and 18, Tetnall Street; another piece of land at Cooks Tetnall. |
