2. John Webster, Wholesale Draper; George Vernon Blunt, Merchant; George Baker, Blacking Manufacturer; William Chiviley, Cabinet Maker; and John Chatwin Stokes, Plumber and Glazier, all of Birmingham (Trustees of the said Society).
Consideration: £100 lent by #2 to #1, who is entitled to this as a member holding one share in the Society. Refers to: a messuage, 'necessary house' and outbuildings adjoining John Street, Dudley, which communicates with a road called Spring Gardens, leading out of Elswall's Lane, otherwise Dog Lane, now called Bath Street; two other dwelling houses at John Street. |
