The original Executors and Trustees of Joseph Dicken's Will - John Taft, Carmi Rollason and Simeon Stanley - renounced and disclaimed their rights to the real and personal estate of the Will. Therefore the petitioners ask that new Trustees should be appointed. The proposed new Trustees are: William Dicken of Stathfield Lane, Darlaston, Brickmaker (brother of Joseph Dicken, deceased); Richard Lloyd of Coseley Street, Bilston, Innkeeper; and Michael Coates of Walsall, Confectioner. |
