#2 have made a loan to Crownamics Ltd. for the sum of £4,000. At the request of #2, #1 have now deposited their certificates of holdings of shares in Cannon with #2. Attached are: a letter from Whitehill, Marsh, Jackson & Co., Chartered Accountants, re: Mr & Mrs Nichols and the loan; and a letter from H.M. Inspector of Taxes, Wolverhampton District, re: the loan agreement to Crownamics, dated May 1967. |
