2. Cannon Iron Foundries Ltd., Deepfields (The Subsidiary Company).
#1 assigns to #2 the goodwill of the business of manufacturers of gas stoves, ironfounders, enamellers, manufacturers of sanitary goods, with the right to use the name of Cannon Iron Foundries; trade marks as specified in attached schedules; the right to enforce all pending trade contracts of #1 in their business; all assets belonging to #1; rights to British Letters Patent; etc. |
