Refers to: Land and property described in the Lease and Release of May 1823 (D8/D2/4-5). This release is to the Trustees under the settlement made previous to the marriage of Henry Smith with his late wife.
Also includes, on the back of the parchment, another indenture - Assignment of a new Trustee to attend inheritance, dated 25th March 1831.
