3. The Honourable Archibald Macdonald of Edinburgh, brother of the Right Honourable Lord Macdonald; Daniel James Webb of Bath, and also of the County of Limerick, Ireland, Esq.
4. Joseph Lane of Sedgley, Staffordshire, Staffordshire, Esq.; Richard Fryer late of Wednesfield, but now of Wolverhampton, Esq.
Covenant to levy a fine on messuages, lands and tithes at Cotwall End; Coseley; and Willenhall.

Refers to: a parcel of uninclosed land, part of Hayley Field in Sedgley Parish, near to the road leading from Sedgley to Straits Green; a piece of land called Robins Park in Sedgley Parish; two parcels of land in an inclosure called County Piece at Cotwall End, Sedgley Parish; three parcels of land in an inclosure called Whitwell or Hill Piece near Cotwall End; a parcel of uninclosed land in a field called Great Ruiton Field in Sedgley Parish.
Also: a dwelling house near Cotwall End, with malthouse, barns stables, etc.; with several pieces of land called: the Rick Yard and Orchard; the Battle Croft; the Meadow; the Upper Moor; the Lower Moor; Garritts Piece; Horton's Piece; Stone Pit Piece; Sandwell Field; Sandwell Field Piece; Whitwell Piece; Cags Head; Finney; Rush Leasow; Mowing Piece; Modenhill Coppice; Tunley Leasow; the Far Ellowes; the Near Ellowes; the Siden Ellowes; Gooses or Gueasts(?) Piece, all at Cotwall End.

Also: a dwelling house with barn, stables, fold- yard and garden; several pieces of arable meadow and pasture ground belonging to the house, known as: The Dowery, Big Havacre, Copp's Piece, Astley's Piece, Bucknall Piece, Clover Piece, Barn End Piece, The Croft; and one half of the road leading to Bucknall, all of which are situated at Coseley.

Also: five pieces of land at Porto Bello in Willenhall, in the Parish of Wolverhampton, near to the road from Wolverhampton to Willenhall.
