#1 and #2 are respective owners of adjoining properties, situated at Deepfields, Coseley. #1 has erected lights and doorways which open on to the land of #2. #1 has requested that #2 allow these to remain, for the consideration of an annual sum of 10 shillings to be paid to #2. |
