DescriptionLetters between Richard Clayton Esq., Cannon Hollow-ware Company Ltd. and the London & North Western Railway Company, District Office, Birmingham. Letters re: a portion of the railway slope at Wallbrook, close to Coseley Hall, and a well sunk into the slope. Includes a copy of a memorandum of agreement between William Barnett of Coseley Hall, Wallbrook, and the London and North Western Railway Company, dated 14th March 1873. The Railway Company permitted William Barnett to have the use of a portion of the Railway slope at Wallbrook and to erect two walls and sink a well thereon, for the annual rent of 5s. Also includes a plan of the Railway slope and well near to Coseley Hall.
