| Description | Re: the move of Stourbridge and Brierley Hill's separate glass collections, to form a joint Museum at Broadfield House, Wordsley. Many local people opposed the move, and the newspaper articles chronicle the debate which raged over this proposal. Eventually, the collections were moved to Broadfield House Glass Museum. It was opened by Princess Michael of Kent on 2nd April 1980. |
