Re: the Partnership of #1 and #2, set up under a Deed of Co-Partnership dated 14th September 1863. #2 has failed to comply with the terms of this Deed of Co-Partnership. #1 therefore wish to dissolve the Partnership; and pray that #2 should be prevented from receiving any money from the profits of the Company. |
