| Description | From 1st April 1995, the West Midlands Police Authority was required by law to publish each year a Local Policing Plan setting out the proposed arrangements for the policing of its area for the period of 12 months starting on the 1st April. It was produced in consultation with the Chief Constable and takes account of views expressed by the community. |
