6. British WW1 National War Savings Committee book of stamps, issued early 1919. In the logo can be seen a swastika emblem which was an ancient symbol of good luck before being adopted by the German Nazi party prior to the Second World War. The stamps were an incentive for children to collect for 6d. There were three series of pictures to collect: War in the Air; Women's War Work and V.C. series. [1919]

7. Halesowen Volunteer Training Corps, Parade State booklets, 1915-1916 (two booklets); rules sheet and a book of enrolment, 1915, provides names, addresses, occupation, height and so on, plus previous military training (if any). Included is Alfrey Homfray, Solicitor, on page 1.
