AdminHistory	Dudley Day Training College opened in 1909 and by 1956 was renamed as Dudley Teacher Training College. It later changed name to the Dudley College of Education and by the 1980s it had become part of Wolverhampton Polytechnic. In the early 1990s this was rebranded as the University of Wolverhampton. The Dudley site was home to Humanities and Social Sciences, before being sold off and demolished to make way for housing developments.
