| Description | Brian Smart became involved with the Halesowen Athletics and Cycling Club in the 1980s when he was asked to help recruit and advance younger riders. In 1999 he was given Honorary Membership to the club and in 2000 he was awarded the HA&CC Chairman's Trophy for valuable work. |
