1. Constable Hart & Company Ltd., London (the Company).
2. The Right Honourable William Humble, Earl of Dudley (the Earl).
3. The earl of Dudley's Round Oak Works Ltd. (the Round Oak Company).
Refers to the use of railway lines and rails, owned by #2 but leased to #3. #3 agreed to allow #1 to use a portion of the Pensnett Railway on payment of £5 per year. Attached is a further agreement between #1 and #3 for the sale of slag, dated 25th June 1925. Both agreements have plans of the land referred to, attached. Also included is correspondence related to the agreements. |
