1. The Company of Proprietors of the Birmingham Canal Navigations (the Canal Company).
2. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill (the Steel Company).
#2 owned works and premises on either side of the canal and railway bridge near Level Street, Brierley Hill. #1 agreed to permit #2 to widen the railway bridge crossing the canal and towing path. Includes a plan of the canal and railway referred to; and correspondence. |
