Agreement (draft) dated 1955, between:
1. The British Transport Commission (the Commission).
2. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill (the Licensees).
Refers to the erection of telephone apparatus and wires at Round Oak. A further agreement dated 1962, between the same parties, refers to the removal of the telephone instruments at certain points by #1, as #2 have erected two wires between the junction box at their own expense. Includes a plan of the telephone communications network at Round Oak; and correspondence.
