Correspondence re: the culvert under the Mineral Railway at Dudley Wood, at which flooding was occurring on the upstream side of Mousesweet Brook. Round Oak Steel Works proposed a reconstruction of the culvert in order to prevent further flooding. Includes a survey of the Mousesweet Brook culvert with proposed reconstruction.
