Notice issued by The Right Honourable William Humble Eric, Earl of Dudley, to Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill. To give notice that Round Oak Steel Works have failed to comply with the terms of the lease of the Level New Blast Furnaces, Brierley Hill; the Pensnett Railway; and the Pensnett Canal. They had failed to repair breaches in the fencing of the land, and therefore were given notice that they must pay the cost of £36,998 to make good the defects.
