Supplemental deed dated 26th September 1949, between:
1. The Right Honourable William Humble Eric, Earl of Dudley (Lord Dudley).
2. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill (the Company).
Refers to a lease dated 20th December 1923, in which the Pensnett Railway was leased by #2 to #1 for the period of 60 years. Certain areas of land near Himley Wood were discovered to have been omitted from the original lease. This land was to be added into the lease and incorporated into the land already leased to Round Oak Steel Works. Includes a plan of the land referred to; and correspondence.
