Memorandum of terms agreed by Thomas Chadwick Lovatt and Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., dated 20th June 1949. Thomas Chadwick Lovatt sold No. 106 and No. 108, Dudley Street, Brierley Hill, to Round Oak Steel Works, but remains in occupation as a tenant of No. 106 at the weekly rental of 12s until he was re-housed by the local authority. During that time he was permitted to stable his horse at the premises. Also includes correspondence.
