Martin, Arthur Colbourne, Frederick Davies, Thomas Eric Garbett, Edmund Webb, Horace Ted Breeze, Oswald Duff, William Beddard Round, James Jukes, Wilfred Mason, Albert Light Smith, John Howard Addis, and John H. Powell, all of Brierley Hill, the Committee of Woodside Ward Liberal Club (the Licensees).
#1 grants full licence and authority to build four brick buttresses on their property, to support the boundary wall of their property and that of the Woodside Ward Liberal Club, to #2.
