2. The Minister of Supply (the Lessee).
Refers to land at Round Oak Steel Works, Brierley Hill, which #1 leased to #2 for the purpose of erecting a Shell-forging Plant. The lease was for the period of 12 years, at an annual rent of £5. Includes a plan of the land referred to. Also contains a surrender of lease for the same land, in which the Minister of Supply surrendered the lease back to Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., dated 16th December 1946. |
