Includes a draft agreement between The Earl of Dudley's Round Oak Works Ltd. (the Company) and The Rowley Regis Urban District Council (the Council), no date. The agreement states that the Company will lease land at Silverthorne Lane to the Council for the purposes of easement for a sewer and drains. Also includes a plan of proposed housing at Cradley Heath, near Silverthorne Lane, dated October 1925; and a plan of Round Oak Steel Works, showing sewerage storm tanks, dated 1962. |
