2. Robert George Wilkes of Dudley (the Grazier).
Refers to land at Holly Street, Brierley Hill, which was let to #2 for the purposes of grazing a maximum of three horses. Conditions state that #2 must keep the land clear of thistles and noxious weeds; and must not keep a bull on the land. Period of tenancy: 1 year. Rent payable: £9.70 per quarter.
