1. Round Oak Steelworks Ltd. (the Grantor), by its Secretary.
2. British Gas Corporation, Solihull (the Corporation), by John Swan, Regional Secretary.
Refers to land at Pensnett as outlined on accompanying plan. #1 grants to #2 the licence to use and occupy the land for the purpose of constructing a temporary 'Governor Station' there. Consideration: £50 for one year. Also includes correspondence; and maps of the land referred to.
