Agreement dated 1st October 1974, between:
1. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill (the Company).
2. Leonard Leigh Ltd. of Hockley, Birmingham (the Contractor).
Refers to the extraction of hard-core contained in #1's tip at Level Street, Brierley Hill, which #2 would purchase from #1 for the sum of 5p per tonne.
