1. The Round Oak Steel Works Ltd, Brierley Hill (the Owner/Occupier).
2. The Midlands Electricity Board (the Board).
#1 gives consent that #2 should be allowed to place overhead conductors for transmitting electricity across land, as shown on attached plan.
