Agreement dated 1971, between:

#1 agreed to let #2 construct a footbridge over the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Line, between Bridges No. 152 and 153 at Dudley Road, Brierley Hill. File also contains a copy of a Deed of Grant for the construction of the footbridge, dated 29th November 1972; a license for ducting for electricity and other cables, pipes and tubes beneath the footbridge, dated 5th December 1977; and correspondence.
