Agreement dated 5th July 1971, between:
1. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd. (the Owner).
2. Midlands Electricity Board (the Board).
#1 give consent to #2 to place electricity lines over their land at Two Woods Lane, Brierley Hill. Includes a map of the land referred to. File also contains a counterpart licence as to ducting for electricity and other cables, pipes and tubes at Round Oak, Brierley Hill, dated 1977; and correspondence.
