Agreement dated 22nd July 1969 (copy), between:
1. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill (the Customer).
2. West Midlands Gas Board (the Board).
#2 agrees to supply natural gas for all purposes (excluding steelmaking) at #1's premises. Also includes a second agreement, dated 8th February 1971 between the same parties, setting out definitions of demand and quantity of gas.
