Lease dated 12th August 1965, between:
1. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill (the Lessor).
2. Brierley Hill Laboratory Ltd. (the Lessee).
Refers to land with industrial buildings and premises at Brierley Hill. #1 leased the land and buildings to #2 for the term of 7 years at the rent of £250 per annum. Contains a plan of the land referred to; and correspondence. Attached is a deed of surrender dated 27th July 1967, between the same parties, in which the Laboratory surrenders the lease of the land and property back to Round Oak Steel Works.
