Agreement dated 18th July 1957, between:
1. Round Oak Steel Works Ltd., Brierley Hill (the Company).
2. The Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Dudley (the Corporation).
Refers to a new factory belonging to #1, recently erected at Pensnett Road, Dudley. #1 proposes to construct a sewer to connect with the sewers belonging to #2. Includes a plan of the land referred to.
