Description'According to ye survey taken by ye 12 men chosen to survey ye said lands according to ye Act for an equall [sic] pound rate. Note that som [sic] lands may be here forgotten, wch are to be inserted when they are remembered. As also note That som [sic] lands belonging to the Ou[ld] Parke & Cuningree [Coneygre] are not heere [sic] put in, tho they doe properly & tr[ew]ly as is conceived app[er]taine to the p[ar]ish of Dudley: The s[ai]d lands being somwhat litigious at p[re]sent...'

Overseers named as: Jeffery Finch, John Finch, Thomas Shaw and William Price. Lists name of owner, tenant and property against sum due. Arranged alphabetically. Followed by a survey of the lands in Dudley taken by Richard Shaw, John Payton, Oliver Dixon, Gilbert Jellians, Henry Finch, John Dunton, Thomas Dudley, John Parkes, Richard Parkes, Richard Wills, Thomas Whithouse and John Hodgets; and a Memorandum of the names of all those with promises to pay to the poors' bread given on the Lector dayes January the first Tu[e]sday 1661.

At back (reversed and turned), volume contains notes by Dudley's parish vestry: admissions of Church wardens, recordings of churchwardens' submitted accounts and memorandums concerning payments; admissions of high way surveyors; and admittance of ringers [1707 - 1720].
