The right to hold two fairs or markets in the town and manor of Dudley on 21st September and 27th April yearly in perpetuity for the buying and selling of horses, oxen, cattle, livestock, merchandise and goods lasting two days; the court of Pie Powder to be held at the same time; and to levy tolls, profits and revenues for his and his heirs benefit. Refers to Court of Enquiry held at Himley 29 Jul 1684.
