States that the Vicarage House of Sedgley, Staffs., 'being in a state of decay and very small and inconvenient for the residence of the Vicar and his Family', i) has lately erected an additional bay of buildings and laid out £150 for such. For the improvements still wanting, ii) will lend i) £250 at the rate of 4% p.a. during his incumbancy and for £5 per centum per annum of £250 in reduction of the principal.
