ii) may not dig coals, etc. from ii)'s lands in Oldeswinford for a term of 21 years. With exception for ii)'s own use in his dwelling house(s) and also for the burning of brick, but not to be sold. Also 40 stacks for Joshua Newborough of Stowerbridge [Stourbridge], Iron Monger, to be delivered on this side and before Christmas in pursurance of a certain contract and agreement between ii) and Newborough. ii) not to suffer any other person to dig up any gutter, etc. on the said lands. i) may enter land to observe any works. No other person to work coals (if agreement breached, then i) does not have to pay yearly rent during the remainder of the term). i) to deliver to ii) one stack of the best coals yearly in case ii) shall not get coals from his premises to be burnt in his dwelling house.

Consideration: £30 and a rent of £10
